This policy explains what information The SkyAce collects when you visit theskyace.com, contact us, book a consultation, or enroll in a program, and how that information is used and protected. "The SkyAce," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SkyAce Aviation Services.

Information you give us

• Contact and inquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number, company or flight department, and anything you write in your message.
• Consultation bookings. When you schedule through our booking page (powered by Cal.com), your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add.
• Email and phone. Whatever you choose to share when you write or call us directly.
• Programs and online training. If you purchase a program or join the member training area, your name, email address, account login, and billing details. Payments are handled by Squarespace and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information when you visit:

• Usage data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. Our website platform, Squarespace, collects this to run the site, keep it secure, and give us aggregate visitor statistics.
• Cookies. Small files stored in your browser that keep the site working (for example, keeping you signed in to the member area) and that measure site traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies with the cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a real person is submitting the form. Its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Third-party content. Some pages load fonts, scripts, or 3D models from outside services (such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and Sketchfab). Those services may receive your IP address when they deliver that content.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and send the information you request
• To schedule and hold consultations and training sessions
• To deliver the programs and services you purchase, including access to online training
• To process payments and keep business records
• To improve our website and services
• To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse
• To meet our legal obligations

We only send marketing emails if you've asked to receive them, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website, forms, and payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Google (reCAPTCHA and email), and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
• A successor business, if The SkyAce is ever sold or merged. Your information would remain covered by this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you, maintain business and tax records, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we rely on providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails

Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to certain uses of your data or to file a complaint with a data protection authority. International visitors

The SkyAce is based in the United States and serves clients worldwide. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
