About SkyAce

SkyAce provides specialized aircraft appearance training for corporate flight departments and Part 135 & 145 operations. Our focus is not on providing detailing services we train your team to perform them at a professional, consistent, aviation‑appropriate level.

Modern flight operations face increasing pressure to maintain high appearance standards while managing costs, vendor inconsistency, and operational demands. SkyAce bridges that gap by giving organizations the systems, skills, and professional standards needed to build reliable in‑house capability.

Our training is built on real operational experience, not theory or product sales. We prepare teams to operate confidently in the environments where appearance, professionalism, and precision matter most.

Our Expertise

SkyAce programs are designed for both Part 91, Part 135 and Part 145 operations, recognizing that while the regulations differ, the expectations often overlap.

We train personnel to:

  • Perform high‑level interior and exterior aircraft detailing

  • Support maintenance teams when appropriate

  • Assist with stocking, luggage handling, and passenger‑ready preparation

  • Communicate professionally with executives and high‑profile passengers

  • Maintain consistent appearance standards across single aircraft or entire fleets

  • Coordinate on‑the‑road cleanings and vendor interactions

  • Use tracking tools and systems to monitor cleanings, schedules, and fleet readiness

Whether your operation manages two aircraft or twenty, our goal is the same: consistency, professionalism, and operational confidence.

‍ ‍ About the Founder — Bennett Hilton

SkyAce was founded by Bennett Hilton, an aviation appearance professional with more than 15 years of experience across OEMs, service centers, 135 operators, and international operations. His career includes leadership roles at some of the most respected names in the industry, giving him a uniquely comprehensive understanding of aircraft appearance at every level.

Key achievements include:

  • Managing appearance programs at major OEM service centers including Gulfstream, Dassault, and Textron

  • Leading hangar operations for a national Part 135 operator, overseeing the readiness of a 22‑aircraft fleet

  • Serving as Managing Director of an international operation in Singapore, directing budgets, logistics, and multi‑national teams

  • Developing in‑house brightwork processes, disinfecting protocols, and OEM‑level delivery standards

  • Training and managing teams of up to 25 technicians across multiple locations

  • Supporting airshows, static displays, and high‑visibility events worldwide

Throughout his career, Bennett saw a consistent industry gap: technicians were being taught how to clean airplanes, but not how to operate in aviation. Flight departments needed personnel who understood professionalism, communication, and operational expectations — not just technique.

SkyAce was created to fill that gap with training that is honest, practical, and grounded in real aviation experience
